Terms of Service

By accessing or using MyBuildTracks ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days written notice. Downgrading your plan may result in loss of access to certain features or data capacity.

You retain all rights to data you upload to the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and process your data solely to provide the Service. Upon account termination, we will make your data available for export for 30 days.

We target 99.9% uptime for all paid plans. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated at least 48 hours in advance. We are not liable for interruptions caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including force majeure events, third-party service failures, or internet connectivity issues.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyBuildTracks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, regardless of the cause of action or theory of liability. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel your account through the Settings page. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Wilmington, Delaware.
