Team includes 15 seats. Add more anytime for $15 per user per month ($12 on annual billing). Clients and subcontractors are always free and never count toward your seats.
Yes — every new account starts on a 1-month free Team trial: unlimited sites and 15 users, no credit card needed. When the trial ends, your workspace simply moves to the Free plan (2 sites, 5 users) with nothing deleted — upgrade whenever you’re ready.
Paying annually is billed at ten months instead of twelve — roughly a 17% discount. We’ll set it up with you when you subscribe.
Billing is currently by invoice — no setup or hidden fees, and card payments are coming soon. Your invoices appear under Settings → Plan & Billing.
You keep access through the end of the paid period, and your data stays available for export for 30 days after. No cancellation fees.
